Heart Foundation, during its work amongst the community at large in Navi Mumbai and other areas, found out that sometime Medical and Disaster Emergencies happen so quickly that one can’t expect to have time to even process the happening(s). Heart Foundation also noticed that the residents have hardly any knowledge of Medical and Disaster Emergencies. Through a social initiative in partnership with Apollo Hospitals, Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the Panvel City Municipal Corporation, we educated around 10000 residents of Navi Mumbai on Medical & Disaster Emergencies. The project had to come to a halt because of Covid 19.
