First Few Minutes in Medical and Disaster Emergencies (FFME):- Heart Foundation has been working with schools and colleges for the past many years and found out that the basic knowledge of Medical Emergency has not been inculcated in the children. Through FFME, a social initiative in partnership with Apollo Hospitals, the Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation and the Panvel City Municipal Corporation, educated around 30,000 children on Medical Emergencies. As a result of this social initiative, these children gained an understanding of the importance of Medical & Disaster Emergencies, as well as a sense of responsibility for spreading the message to their peers and family. The project had to come to a halt because of Covid 19.
